WOTSO (ASX:WOT) said its flexspace business delivered fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of AU$9.4 million, up 15% on the prior corresponding period and equivalent to annualized revenue of AU$37.6 million, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The company said occupancy across the network improved to 79% of 8,417 desks with revenue per available desk of AU$371.

The group settled the acquisition of a property in Wellington, executed leases for two new locations opening in fiscal 2027 and finalized heads of agreement for a further five locations to open in fiscal 2027, the filing added.

WOTSO acquired a commercial property at 271 Willis Street, Wellington for NZ$2.3 million, with fitout underway and the location expected to open in the third quarter of fiscal 2027 with about 150 desks, it added.
