T-Mobile US selected Jessica Uhl as its next finance chief, succeeding Peter Osvaldik, who is retiring.
Uhl will join the telecom company in mid-September as CFO designate, and take over as CFO in February, when Osvaldik will slide into a strategic advisory role until his planned retirement in July.
Uhl, age 58, was a longtime finance executive at Shell, where she ultimately served as CFO for five years until 2022. She most recently served as president of GE Vernova from January 2024 until May 2025, where she oversaw corporate development, strategy, ventures research and development, as well the company's generative artificial intelligence program.
Osvaldik has been with T-Mobile since 2016 and served as CFO since 2020.
T-Mobile on Thursday also backed its outlook for the year and longer term.
