Accelevation Holdings, which provides products and services for data centers, filed for an initial public offering.

The Miamisburg, Ohio, company--which is owned by Olympus Partners--is seeking a Nasdaq Global Select Market listing under symbol ACCV.

Accelevation posted revenue of $447.8 million in 2025, up from $181.4 million, the company said Wednesday.

The company has said its vertically integrated model combining engineering, manufacturing, power infrastructure and field execution provides advantages over the "fragmented vendors" in traditional infrastructure deployment.

Accelevation's products include the SkyBridge prefabricated modular system and various items in categories such as thermal management and power, and it provides services including design and installation.

The IPO filing discusses the company's rapid growth and examples of its work. It notes that due to the pandemic effects on supply chains, "a critical fastener required on every panel was unavailable globally," so the company designed its own fastener.
