ADARx Pharmaceuticals filed for an initial public offering.
The late-stage biotechnology company did not say how many shares it would sell or at what price, according to a Friday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
It applied to list shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol ADRX.
ADARx focuses on siRNA therapeutics and has five programs in its pipeline addressing several indications, including obesity, Alzheimer's disease, and strokes, according to the filing.
The company said it would use proceeds from the IPO to advance the development of its programs and conduct additional research and development efforts.
