Community Financial System's (CBU) BPAS has acquired ESOP One, an employee ownership technology platform, the subsidiary said Tuesday.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands BPAS' employee stock ownership plans capabilities by adding participant education and engagement technology to its existing administration, recordkeeping, trust and custody services, it said.
