Daedalus Special Acquisition Corp. (DSAC) said late Tuesday it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to merge with HUBX Yazilim Hizmetleri Anonim Sirketi, a consumer AI firm in Turkiye.

The parties plan to negotiate and enter into definitive agreements for the proposed business combination, the blank check firm said.
