1554 ET - U.S. Treasury yields ended the week higher, with the 10-year yield almost reaching 5% before next week's Federal Reserve meeting. The Consumer Price Index report from the Labor Department increased rate hike expectations to over 90%, according to CME's FedWatch tool. The 2-year yield rose 0.263 percentage point this week to 4.642%. The 10-year yield rose 0.191 percentage point to 4.974% , hitting its highest yield since October 2023 this Friday. The 30-year yield rose 0.108 percentage point for the week to 5.354%.
