UBS (UBS) disclosed on Wednesday that it has doubled the size of its previously announced debt buyback tender offer to $4 billion from $2 billion.

The offers cover six series of outstanding senior notes, including 9.016% and 6.537% notes due 2033, 7.750% notes due 2029, 3.869% and 2.125% notes due 2029, and 4.194% notes due 2031, according to UBS.

The notes have acceptance priority levels ranging from one to six, with Level 1 having the highest priority, UBS said.

The Swiss financial house said offers will not be subject to proration, and if a series is accepted, all validly tendered notes from that series will be accepted for purchase, subject to the offer conditions.

The debt buyback tender offer will expire at 5 pm ET on Thursday, unless extended or terminated, said UBS.

The previously announced Any and All Offers are not affected by the increase in the maximum purchase consideration, UBS said.
