Bursa Malaysia has reprimanded Techna-X (KLSE:TECHNAX) for breaching listing rules over the late issuance of its annual report and inaccuracies in a quarterly report, according to a Wednesday filing.
The technology and energy company issued an annual report for the 18-month period ended Dec. 31, 2025 on May, 8, after the April 30 deadline.
Additionally, the company's sixth quarter report for the same period did not reflect audit adjustments, where audited net loss widened to 29.3 million ringgit, compared to the 23.6 million ringgit loss reported earlier.
The regulator says the circumstances behind the adjustment already existed when the report was prepared and ruled out the audit's finalization as a justification for the inaccuracy.
The company now has to conduct a limited review of its quarterly reports for four quarters, with directors and relevant staff to undergo training on listing rule compliance.
