Robosense Technology (HKG:2498) has sold its embodied robots business and assets to a company tied to Chairman Qiu Chunxin for 59.9 million yuan, according to a Thursday bourse filing.

The robotics company said the sale was executed through its indirect unit, Shenzhen Suteng, to Shenzhen Xiyuan Robotics, in which Qiu owns a 35% stake.
