Lincotrade & Associate's (SGX:BFT) subsidiary, Lincotrade Capital, raised its stake in joint venture company Linc-A to 60% and signed a shareholders' agreement with its two JV partners, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The unit acquired 20,000 shares in the JV for SG$20,000 from Clear Bright Sky Holdings, while the remaining 40% is equally held by Clear Bridge and Wee Henry.
