Tungsten Mining (ASX:TGN) confirmed the ability to produce a saleable tungsten concentrate grading up to nearly 66% tungsten trioxide from the Watershed project in Queensland upon completion of a metallurgical test work campaign, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The concentrate samples were produced through conventional beneficiation processes for tungsten, confirming the processing flowsheet for the definitive feasibility study, which is slated for completion in October, the filing said.
Commercial-grade product samples generated from the test work have been dispatched to potential downstream offtake partners, per the filing.
