Rimini Street's support services will be offered by Datacom to public and private sector customers in Australia and New Zealand under a new partnership between the two companies.

Rimini, which describes itself as the leading third-party support provider for software made by Oracle and SAP, said Datacom will offer its level 4 support services for Oracle and SAP software users in the two countries.

"This is a first-of-its-kind partnership for Rimini Street in this region, and we are excited to join forces with a technology leader like Datacom at a pivotal moment, when economic pressures and the urgency to accelerate AI adoption intersect,' Rimini Street's regional general manager for Australia and New Zealand, Shirley Riddick, said Monday.
