Kingboard Laminates Holdings (HKG:1888) renewed two agreements with controlling shareholder Kingboard Holdings (HKG:0148), a Wednesday bourse filing showed.

Under the contract, Kingboard Laminates will continue to purchase chemicals from and supply laminates and related upstream materials to Kingboard Holdings starting Jan. 1, 2026, and ending Dec. 31, 2028.

The parties also substantially increased the annual caps for the year ending Dec. 31 under both current agreements.
