0158 GMT - Reserve Bank of Australia Deputy Gov. Andrew Hauser has told parliament that the central bank will do whatever it takes to get inflation back to target as forecast by the end of next year. It's a clear warning from Hauser that the RBA is in a mood to raise interest rates further. A week ago he said the community was furious about high and stubborn inflation. To be sure, there has been nothing relaxed about any of the RBA's comments to parliament Friday, especially amid the unresolved and worsening war in the Middle East.
