Privia Health Group(PRVA) Rubicon Founders filed an initial 13D regarding its stake in the healthcare technology and physician services company, shifting to the stance of an activist investor from previous disclosures in a passive 13G. Rubicon Founders reported that it purchased 698,991 Privia Health shares from Aug. 6 through Sept. 1 at per share prices ranging from $20.90 to $21, after selling 197,557 shares from July 7 through July 13 at $27.21 to $27.65.

Following those purchases, Rubicon Founders owns 6,472,513 Privia Health shares, or 5.1% of those outstanding. Shares of Privia Health have lost roughly 12.8% of their value in 2026.

Increases in Holdings

Group 1 Automotive $(GPI)$ Conifer Management raised its stake in the automotive retailer to 1,362,640 shares. Conifer Management did so through the purchase of 205,540 Group 1 Automotive shares from Aug. 31 through Sept. 4 at per share prices ranging from $263 to $305.83. Following the latest purchases, Conifer Management continues to own an 11.4% stake in Group 1 Automotive's outstanding stock. Shares of Group 1 Automotive have lost roughly 31.8% of their value in 2026.

Decreases in Holdings

MarineMax $(HZO)$ PPF Group lowered its stake in the recreational boat retailer to 1,343,635 shares. PPF Group did so through the sale of 447,045 MarineMax shares from Aug. 27 through Sept. 4 at per share prices ranging from $52.12 to $52.20. Following the latest sales, PPF Group continues to own a 6.1% stake in MarineMax's outstanding stock. Shares of MarineMax have gained roughly 117.5% in value since the beginning of this year.

OrthoPediatrics (KIDS) Squadron Capital lowered its stake in the pediatric orthopedic device maker to 6,246,148 shares. Squadron Capital did so through the sale of 324,869 OrthoPediatrics shares from Sept. 2 through Sept. 10 at per share prices ranging from $21.01 to $23.35. Following the latest sales, Squadron Capital continues to own a 23.9% stake in OrthoPediatrics' outstanding stock. Shares of OrthoPediatrics have gained roughly 31% in value since the beginning of this year.

Dell Technologies (DELL) Silver Lake lowered its stake in the computer maker to 42,809,317 shares. Silver Lake did so through the sale of 852,300 Dell Technologies shares from Sept. 3 through Sept. 9 at per share prices ranging from $496.23 to $551.00, and initiated distributions of 233,098 shares to certain direct and indirect equity holders on Sept. 8. Following the latest sales, Silver Lake continues to own a 6.7% stake in Dell Technologies' outstanding stock. Shares of Dell Technologies have gained approximately 343.7% in value since the beginning of this year.
