Inter Parfums (IPAR) extended its exclusive worldwide license agreement with Marquee Brands for Roberto Cavalli and Just Cavalli fragrances through Dec. 31, 2046, the companies said late Thursday.

Inter Parfums will continue to handle the creation, development, and distribution of Cavalli-branded perfumes globally, and Interparfums Italia will still manage the fragrance licenses, according to a joint statement.
