Lantheus Holdings (LNTH) said Monday that Curium resubmitted its pre-merger notification, beginning a new 30-day waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, as the companies work toward completing their proposed merger.

The statutory waiting period may be extended if the US Federal Trade Commission issues a request for additional information and documentary material, Lantheus said in a regulatory filing.

Lantheus and Curium continue to expect to consummate the merger in H1 2027, according to the filing.
