Nihon M&A Center Holdings (TYO:2127) appointed Dai Yamamura as its chief digital officer, effective Oct. 1, according to a Friday filing by the M&A advisory services company with the Japan bourse.

The company newly established the role to which Yamamura was appointed.

The company also appointed Yamamura as senior corporate officer and deputy head of its Marketing HQ, while appointing Kohei Nakamura as corporate officer of the Marketing HQ, effective Oct. 1, the filing said.
