0141 GMT - The Bank of Japan is likely to raise its policy rate to 1.50% in December following its increase to 1.25% on Friday, Invesco Asset Management (Japan)'s Tomo Kinoshita says in a note. Despite the central bank's recent rate increases, BOJ's quarterly business surveys show that financing by companies has hardly deteriorated, the global market strategist says. Meanwhile, risks of higher inflation have risen due to higher energy prices and the yen's weakness, he says. The Fed's hawkish shift is also increasing risks of the yen's depreciation. Kinoshita expects the BOJ to raise the rate further in March and July next year to bring the rate to 2.0% to end the current tightening phase.
