0439 GMT - IHH Healthcare is trading at the lower end among regional hospital peers and near historical lows despite an accelerating growth outlook, Macquarie analyst Amanda Foo says in a note. Macquarie estimates Ebitda to grow at an annualized 17% rate in FY26-29, versus 12% in FY22-25. IHH's earnings momentum is improving across Singapore, Malaysia and India. IHH's medical-tourism exposure is also underappreciated, with foreign patients contributing 14.5% of Malaysian revenue in 1H26, Foo says.
