Marvell Technology (MRVL) and AT&S agreed to expand their collaboration, with AT&S to increase capacity for integrated circuit substrates used in artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructures, according to a Tuesday statement.

The agreement will support Marvell Technology's growing demand for substrates, AT&S said.

The additional capacity is tied to AT&S' production expansion in Kulim, Malaysia, according to the company.
