Pentair has hired Robert Hau as the water solutions provider's new executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Pentair on Tuesday said Hau, who most recently served in the same role at Fiserv, has joined the London-based company as senior vice president of finance and will take up the finance chief post on Nov. 1.

Hau, 60 years old, will receive an annual base salary of $775,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 100% of his base pay, the company said.

Pentair said Robert Fishman, who returned to the company as interim finance chief in July after Nicholas Brazis resigned, will stay on through Nov. 1 to assist with the transition.
