Morgan Stanley (MS) Investment Management's 1GT private climate equity strategy led a 49-million-euro ($56.3 million) series E funding round for energy flexibility platform Amber Electric, according to a Monday statement.

The funding will be used to back Amber Electric's growth and expansion in Europe, the companies said.

No other terms of financing were disclosed.
