Cadence Design Systems (CDNS) said Wednesday it expanded its partnership with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) to deliver advanced chip manufacturing capabilities for AI and high-performance computing.

The company said it achieved tool certification for Taiwan Semiconductor's A16, A14, N2P semiconductor manufacturing process nodes, as well as for the ultra accelerator link interconnect standard built on the N3P semiconductor process technology, according to a statement.
