Kontoor Brands (KTB) increased its board size to nine directors with the election of Jamie Caulfield and Michael Skipworth, effective immediately, the company said late Wednesday.

Caulfield was most recently chief financial officer of PepsiCo (PEP), while Skipworth is president and chief executive of Wingstop (WING), Kontoor said.
