Zetrix AI Delays Some Dividend Payments Amid Legal Case

Zetrix AI (KLSE:ZETRIX) said payment of its 0.0289 ringgit final dividend for fiscal 2025 to unaffected shareholders is in progress and expected to be completed by Sept. 28.

Two nominees have been allowed to intervene in legal action filed by a substantial shareholder against the company's share registrar, with a hearing scheduled for Nov. 11, according to a Thursday Bursa Malaysia filing.

The ad-interim injunction remains in force, while dividend payments to affected shareholders have been delayed due to a mismatch in designated dividend account calculations.

The affected shareholders will be paid after the legal case is resolved, it said.
