Shanghai Junshi Biosciences (HKG:1877, SHA:688180) granted 715,000 A-share options to 16 participants under its 2025 A-Share Option Incentive Scheme, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The options are exercisable into the same number of A-shares at 46.67 yuan apiece, with vesting periods of 12 or 24 months.

Separately, 205 participants are eligible to exercise 11.5 million A-share options in the first exercise period.

The company also plans to cancel 1.7 million A-share options following employee resignations and individual performance assessments.
