The administrator for former Jiajia Food Group (SHE:002650) controlling shareholder Hunan Zhuoyue Investment's liquidation obtained an extension for the submission of its draft bankruptcy reorganization plan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm is still recruiting investors for the bankruptcy reorganization of the debt-laden shareholder, the filing said.

Creditor Wanxiang Trust sought a bankruptcy declaration for Zhuoyue in 2023 due to non-payment of debt.
