Shengyi Electronics (SHA:688183) raised net funds worth 2.52 billion yuan from a share placement, according to a Shanghai bourse filing over the weekend.

The Chinese printed circuit board maker's shares slipped 1% during Monday's morning trade.

The company placed 22,669,833 shares to six investors for 111.58 yuan per share.
