KDX Realty Investment to Acquire Seven Properties for 39.2 Billion Yen

KDX Realty Investment (TYO:8972) will acquire seven properties for a combined 39.2 billion yen and sell one healthcare facility for 2.39 billion yen under transactions approved by its asset manager Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management, according to a Thursday filing with the Japan bourse.

The acquisitions comprise one office building, four residential properties, and two hotels, with scheduled closings in October and November. The purchases will be funded via borrowings and cash on hand. The properties include TCS-HD Yokohama

Building, PREGIO Sakura Shukugawa, PREGIO Umeda, PREGIO Tezukayama, PREGIO Nagata, ibis Styles Tokyo Bay, and BEB5 Okinawa Seragaki, the filing said.

The company will also dispose of the healthcare facility Ten for 2.39 billion yen, which is below its assumed book value of 2.54 billion yen.
