Liberty Global (LBTYA) said Wednesday it has signed a three-year partnership with Sierra to deploy conversational artificial intelligence capabilities for customer interactions across its telecom businesses.
The company will deploy Sierra across its operations in Europe through a phased program, with use cases to be tailored to suit the requirements of individual markets, brands and customers, according to a statement.
The partnership will also free up customer-care teams to focus more on situations requiring human judgement and deep expertise, the company added.
