Daiwa Securities Living Investment (TYO:8986) said it will refinance its 500 million yen loan to repay five billion yen in existing loans ahead of their scheduled maturity, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

The new loan from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank carries an interest rate of 3-month JBA Japanese Yen TIBOR plus 0.3575% and will be used to repay an equal existing loan due Sept. 30.

The new lump-sum repayment loan, due on Sept. 30, 2030, will be drawn down on Sept. 30, 2026.
