Technology stocks were declining premarket Wednesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.3% and the iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) 1.1% lower.

IonQ (IONQ) shares were up more than 11% after the company said it will install its Superion 256 quantum computer at Nvidia's (NVDA) Accelerated Quantum Research Center in 2027.
