The Qatar Investment Authority is aiming for a $20 billion partnership with JPMorgan Chase (JPM) that will span public and private markets in equities and credit, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The partnership will mirror a similar collaboration struck by the QIA with Goldman Sachs (GS) months earlier and will feature a $15 billion public equities mandate and a $5 billion private markets initiative focused on middle-market companies in the US, the report said, citing the people.
The QIA and JPMorgan didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
