Princess Cruises has launched a native, AI-powered cruise planning app in ChatGPT, making it the first global cruise line to introduce a native app on the platform.

Travelers can tag @princesscruises and install the Princess app within ChatGPT. Using everyday language, they can explore more than 330 cruise destinations across 17 ships, check pricing and availability, and refine travel plans within the same conversation.

The app brings trusted, real-time cruise planning directly into ChatGPT. It is intended to make cruise planning and booking simpler, faster and more intuitive.

The Princess Cruises app will initially be available through ChatGPT. Princess intends to expand it to other compatible AI platforms in the future, subject to platform availability and technical requirements.
