Cintas' Fiscal Q1 Results Provide 'Solid Start' to Fiscal 2027, Oppenheimer Says

Cintas' (CTAS) fiscal Q1 results provided a "solid start" to fiscal 2027, with organic growth, margin expansion and operational execution remaining strong, while the valuation largely reflects its favorable positioning in the market, Oppenheimer said.

The company raised its fiscal 2027 revenue and adjusted earnings per share guidance to $12.15 billion to $12.27 billion and $5.45 to $5.54, up from $12.10 billion to $12.25 billion and $5.36 to $5.50, respectively.

Oppenheimer said in a Thursday note that it raised its fiscal 2027 revenue estimate to $12.21 billion from $12.175 billion and its adjusted EPS estimate to $5.50 from $5.43 previously.

The investment firm also increased its calendar year 2027 adjusted EPS estimate to $5.78 from $5.71 and its fiscal 2028 adjusted EPS estimate to $6.06 from $5.98.

Oppenheimer has a perform rating on Cintas.

The company's shares were up 1.3% in Friday afternoon trading.
