Of this amount, 1 billion yen each from Resona Bank and Mizuho Bank will be executed as Green Loans under the REIT's Green Finance Framework, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

The remaining 1 billion yen will come from Shinkin Central Bank, and another 1 billion yen from The Yamaguchi Bank.

The borrowings, dated Oct. 1, carry terms of 5 to 10 years with interest rates ranging from a fixed rate to JBA TIBOR plus 0.230%-0.290%.

Following the borrowings, the REIT's total interest-bearing debt will increase by 3 billion yen to 127.7 billion yen.
