1658 ET - The Fed funds futures market is pricing in a hiking cycle that could see the Federal Reserve raise rates by a quarter point three more times by the end of 2027, Catalyst Funds' Larry Holzenthaler says in a note. The market has been wrong before, but that trajectory seems fairly reasonable, he says. It would also make holding traditional fixed income assets a painful exercise, Holzenthaler says. "It is arguably 'return free risk' unless we have a recession," he says.
