Temasek has acquired a 9% minority stake in FSP SGR's management company, expanding its partnership with the Italy-headquartered growth equity investor, according to a Monday statement.
The investment company will also commit additional capital to FSI's future funds.
The partnership leverages FSI's local market understanding and relationships with Temasek's investment horizon, global networks and sector expertise.
