Cortina (SGX:C41) is set to repurchase 13.2 million shares under its off-market equal access offer, representing the maximum limit available under the offer, according to a Friday filing.

The offer relates to the off-market purchase of the company's ordinary shares in accordance with an equal access scheme, following the close of the offer period disclosed on Sept. 24.
