Voyager Technologies (VOYG) and Anduril Industries said Tuesday they have formed a partnership to boost the development, testing, qualification and production of technologies for US weapon systems and missile defense.

The companies said they are collaborating in several weapons programs and to date, Voyager is contracted to supply over $60 million of technologies to Anduril to back those programs.

Voyager shares were up 2.5% in premarket activity.
