Doosan Robotics (KRX:454910) has changed its representative directors from three-Park In-won, Kim Min-pyo, and Cho Gil-sung-to two, Park In-won and Cho Gil-sung, effective Sept. 30, 2026.

The change follows the resignation of representative director Kim Min-pyo, with the effective date being his resignation date.

Park In-won, affiliated with the largest shareholder, has served as CEO of Doosan Robotics since January 2023 and previously held senior roles at Doosan Enerbility.

Cho Gil-sung, also affiliated with the largest shareholder, has been an executive director at Doosan Robotics since February 2024 and previously held management positions at Doosan Corporation and Doosan Infracore.
