Oura said Tuesday that it is postponing its previously announced initial public offering despite strong demand, citing uncertainty in the IPO market.
The company had applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol OURA. The company said its registration statement has been filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet been declared effective.
The company said it remains profitable and expects fiscal 2026 revenue to grow 90% year over year. Paid members have reached 5.7 million following strong consumer response to Oura Ring 5, it added.
Oura CEO Tom Hale said the company intends to choose the right timing for its IPO while continuing to execute on growth opportunities.
