Kingsmen Creatives (SGX:5MZ) said a winding-up petition against its subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects, has been withdrawn, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The petition was filed by Yap GRC Construction in a Malaysian court earlier this year.
