Fitzroy River (ASX:FZR) has completed the sale of its royalty interest in Silver Mines' (ASX:SVL) Bowdens silver project for total consideration of AU$17.5 million, comprising AU$10 million in cash and AU$7.5 million in fully paid Silver Mines shares issued on Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
