Yunnan Copper (SHE:000878) elected Han Jingen as vice chair, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Han serves as general manager of the company and director of Chinalco Qianxing Chengdu Technology.
Shares of the copper company rose 1% in recent trade.
