CAR Group (ASX:CAR) received notice that Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) and its affiliates are no longer substantial holders of the company from Monday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

CBA and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on Sept. 23, with a total voting power of 5.01%, an earlier filing showed.
