Da-Li Development's (TPE:6177) subsidiary, DA LI Corridors, agreed to acquire a commercial property in Arizona, U.S., for $18.6 million, according to a Wednesday Taiwan bourse filing.
The property comprises 7.18 acres of land and 132,061 square feet of building space.
