Inseego (INSG) said late Tuesday it has named Nick Lambourne as chief technology officer, succeeding Vishal Donthireddy, who is leaving after more than two decades with the company.

He most recently served as CTO of Particle and previously held roles at Roku (ROKU), Automatic, SiriusXM (SIRI) and Broadcom (AVGO), the company said.
